Stress Management
At Life Source Counseling we believe that the feelings we experience (sadness, happiness, anxiety, relief) are our bodies way of communicating with us. Therefore stress is not necessarily a bad thing, but an opportunity to be still, listen to the message our body is trying to convey, and make the necessary adjustments.
Life Source Counseling implores techniques such as deep breathing, mindfulness, visualization, as well as traditional therapeutic interventions to better understand and manage the nature of stress.
